Executive – Commercial
Qualifications/Skills
A Master’s degree in business administration or a similar field. Background in supply chain management logistics or a related field having a minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and SAP will be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Timely processing indents and arrange materials and service within the lead-time.
- Inventory control & management.
- Receive incoming goods under identification regarding material specification/ item no./ inspection
status related task with daily reports and information provide to senior. - Maintain with reconciliation stock and excise records, and information provide to senior.
- Ensure material management control system FIFO/ FEFO inventory procedures are follow.
- Store/ warehouse system, establishment of records, minimum & maximum stock, safety stock limit.
- To issue the materials on authorized requisitions slip and ensure that the issue takes place promptly
without undue delays. - Keeping inventory level for smooth operation of production, maintenance and finance.
