Manager – Maintenance
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering) with more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that all preventive measures are effectively followed including lubrication, cleaning and upkeep of the plants and machineries.
- Ensures root cause analysis of breakdown with corrective and preventive measures and all mandatory forms and formats are appropriately used.
- Suggest appropriate measures so as to reduce the downtime and losses & reduced machine breakdown and downtime.
- Ensures relevant spares are changed after the fixed duration of maintenance.
- Ensure critical spares inventories are maintained as per requirement.
- Ensure breakdown analysis records are maintained and reports are generated & communicated accordingly.
- Ensure that spares are categorized properly.
