Asst. Manager – Finance
Qualifications/Skills
A Master’s degree in business administration or semi qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience. Proficiency in Accounting software and SAP will be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
- Oversee cash management, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as internal controls and procedures.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to achieve the company’s financial goals and objectives.
