Sales Manager – Handicraft Products
Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field with 5+ years experience in Sales and Marketing along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team, including sales representatives or associates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the handicraft industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, wholesalers, and retailers
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers while minimizing excess stock.
