Sales Manager – Cosmetics Business

Qualifications / Skills
- Required academic Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management
- Required Experience: 6+ years in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative Thinking and Decision Making skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objective. This strategy should outline sales targets, pricing strategies, and sales channels.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or beauty consultants. Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Have an in-depth knowledge if the cosmetics products being sold. Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and how to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide customer and market feedback, monitor, analyze and evaluate market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Independently control sales activities, from customer analysis to proposal preparation, price and contract negotiation to ongoing documentation and tracking of sales and revenue targets.
