Qualifications/Skills
- Required academic Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking and Decision Making Skill
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel to the organization, its management, and employees on various legal issues related to VAT and Tax.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret contracts and agreements on behalf of the organization.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and meditation, or work closely with external counsel to handle such matters.
- Prepare legal documents, strategies, and arguments for cases, laws and regulations in its operations.
