Qualifications / Skills

Master’s /Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource department with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, strong leadership, organizational skills, problem solving, conflict management skills, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

1. Identifying the hiring needs of the respective unit and creating job descriptions, posting job descriptions on Linkedln page, and other relevant sources to attract potential candidates.
2. Analyzing turnover rates, tracking employee engagement, forecasting hiring needs.
3. Recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and on boarding process.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including tracking their progress throughout the hiring process.
5. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
