Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field. Proven leadership experience in non-profit sector. Strong understanding of social issues and a demonstrated commitment to philanthropy and community development.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to shape and execute the foundation’s strategic direction.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial resources for the foundation’s programs and projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the foundation, effectively communicating its mission and impact to the public, media, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects aligned with the foundation’s goals.
- Manage the foundation’s financial resources responsibly, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
