Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field. Background in Customer Relationship Management or a related field having a minimum of 2 year of proven experience. Candidate from Mobile industry will be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting and analysis
- Prepare and share sales reports regularly, using CRM and software tools for analysis.
- Coordinate communication by circulating sales schemes and acting as a liaison between departments.
- Provide decision-making support through generating ad-hoc reports and collaborating with management.
- Assist sales staff with daily allowance claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Stay informed on mobile market trends, offering insights to support strategic decision-making.
