We have been involved in supply and services related to various Medical Equipment, Accessories and Medicines in Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions to Government/Private/Non-Government/Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts/Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal.
For expanding our Business Networks further, we are looking for highly enthusiastic, experienced and competitive candidates in the respective fields/divisions in the Health Care/Medical Business Sectors of Nepal for following positions as under :
1. Optometrist – 5 – Positions in Kathmandu Office, Gairidhara
Division: Ophthalmology Division
Responsibilities:
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Opthalmology with brands like Volk, Rexxam, Heine, Remidio, Optuvue, Haag Streit, Labomed, Canon and Quantel Medical to Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Heads, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & the Management. Team development, training/guiding/developing Junior Sales Team coordinating with Service Engineers.
Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Optometrics or Opthalmology with MBA in Medical Sector
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience working as Sr. Business Development Manager/Head Of Opthalmology Department in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions
2. Technical Sales & Service Officers/Executives – 20 – Positions in Kathmandu, Dharan Office
Division: Pharmacy, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry, Critical Care, Ophthalmology, Advanced Wound Management, Gynocology, Hospital Infrastructure and Hospital Consumable Products, Medicines/Waste Management/Chemical Products/Laundary Management Divisions in the Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
Responsibilities:

3. Sales & Marketing Officers/Executives – 30 – Positions in Kathmandu, Dharan Office
Divisions: Pharmacy, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry, Critical Care, Ophthalmology, Advanced Wound Management, Gynocology, Hospital Infrastructure and Hospital Consumable Products, Medicines/Waste Management/Chemical Products/Laundary Management Divisions in the Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications: BBA/BBS with specialization in Marketing Management (preferable with Technical Diploma in Biomedical / Electric / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or solid 2-3 years work experiences as Sales Manager/Officer/Executives in Medical Sectors with Science/Biology background
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions throughout Nepal.
4. Service Engineer/Officer/Technicians- 12 – Positions 4 in Kathmandu Office, 2 each in Dharan, Biratnagar, Butwal, Chitwan
Departments – Ophthalmology DEPT.- 6 persons, Digital Dentistry Dept.. – 2 persons, Radiology DEPT. – 2 persons, NICU DEPT. – 2 persons
Responsibilities:
To address all Service related issues promptly, be engaged in installation, testing, calliberation, demonstration, follow-up all new equipments/softwares/products/accessories as per the specification, check rigorously Warranty periods, expiry Dates, AMC expiry date, AMC renewals, coordinate with Marketing/Store & Service Department Heads for necessary accessories, spare parts, for new orders, enquiry/monitor the functionality status of all currently installed equipments / accessories product wise/brand wise as applicable, maintain updated database of all Service related assignments, plan in advance for all visits for installation/service/repair/maintenance/spare-parts with clients, coordinate properly with Head & Team Members of Service Department at Office, prepare, check, sumbit all updated Service Reports/Database/Tour/Visits etc. including performing all other associated works as per the instruction by the Department Head and the Management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering – preference Medical Electronics/Equipments
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Service Engineer/Sr. Technician/Technician of various Medical Equipments at Hospitals, Clinics etc. in Nepal. Preferably having worked in Opthalmic Division, Neuro-surgery/Neurology, Radiology, Critical-Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry & Orthopaedics, Hospital Infrastructure Divisions.
5. Jr. Sales Officer/Sales Executive- 10 – Positions – Kathmandu & Dharan Offices
Responsibilities:
Promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to Government/Private/Non-Government/Donor Agency-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts/Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching HospitalsMedical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, follow up day-to-day client, track & maintain daily Sales visit Reports from Sales Officers/Managers, assist in condut of weekly inter-departmental meetings, preparing Minutes of Meetings, log-in identifed/existing service/logistics issues, assist in all other related works in coordination with clients and as per the instruction by Managers/Sr. Managers/Sales Officers.
Qualifications: 10+2 (intermediate) in Management or BBA/BBS with specialization in Marketing Management (or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering) with Sales & Service of Equipments in Health Care/Medical Sectors/Medi-tronics preferably having worked in Opthalmic Division, Neuro-surgery/Neurology, Radiology, Critical-Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry & Orthopaedics, Hospital Infrastructure Divisions.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment /Accessories in Health Care Sector – Hospitals/Clinics/Health Projects/Institutions/Projects
6. Scrub Technicians – OT 10 – Positions – Kathmandu, Chitwan, Dharan & Pokhara Stations
Responsibilities:
Be involved in various Surgery Cases maintaining professional relationships at all levels coordinating with Doctors/Hospital Management in Hospitals /Clinics throughout Nepal. Promote various Surgery equipment, consumable items as required in coordination with Hospital Management/Doctors, negotiate & finalization of costs for the cases, payment follow ups, prepare Quotations in coordination with concerned department heads at Office, travel for case management, maintain very cordial atmosphere both with clients/Hospitals/Clinics promoting further Case related services, maintain inventory of goods/consumable items for each & every Surgery Cases, keep proper documentations, obtain balance confirmation papers, maintain payment ageing limits avoiding default scenario and be involved in all other related Surgery Cases as per direction by the Management.
Qualifications: Intermediate/Bachelor Degree in Science/Medical related subjects or BBS/BBA with work experiences in Medical Sectors
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Scrub Technician engaging various type of Surgery Cases in Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
7. Customer Support Assistants, E-Commerce (Dental Hygienist) 2 – Positions – Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities:
Assist in day to day operation participating in strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, creating client Database, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories/services mainly related to Dentistry along with other Medical Divisions of Radiology, Neurology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Surgery, Opthalmology, Gynocology, Hospital Infrsastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions in Online Business Platforms, assist in providing complete Online Business Solution to clients as per requirements, Online paltforms, digital marketing and email marketing campaigns, website banners, and social content developing, search engine optimization, promoting Online Catalogues, pricing products, developing various promotional strategies, handeling logistics, addressing customer complaints and resolving these, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, preparing, analysing and reporting Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with other Staff Members including all other E-Commerce Management related works as per the instruction under E-Commerce Manager and under instruction by the Management.
Qualifications: Preferably Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Dental Science/Dental Hygienic Course
Experience : Minimum 3-5 Yrs. solid experinces as Dental Hygienist with exposures in Online Marketing of various Dental Products
