About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Qualification: MBA or Equivalent;
Experience: Not required, maximum up to 2 years can also apply (0-2 Years)
Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk
Responsibilities:
• HR – Function
- Engage proactively in the recruitment process by crafting job descriptions, advertising positions, and overseeing the hiring process.
- Design and execute impactful onboarding plans.
- Formulate training and development initiatives.
- Maintenance of employee records in compliance with policies and legal standards.
- Contribute to performance management processes.

Selection Process
The selection process will be held in two stages
- Interview will be conducted in first stage.
- Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project will be conducted in second stage
Salary:
Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month
Resources Required:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
