Job Requirements

Major Responsibilities:

Implementation of best practices, policies, processes, and procedures of marketing, to aid and improve sales and service performance of the department.
Ensure successful execution of marketing strategies for the company’s products and services.
Plan innovative and creative marketing activities and ensure the implementation
Ensure that the marketing objectives are in line with the overall organizational objectives and vision.
Prepare and analyze the application matrix and formulate a marketing strategy to hit competition in those applications and market segments.
Assist in the procurement of goods related to branding and marketing.

Required Competencies:

Master’s degree in Management with 1 year of relevant experience in marketing OR, Graduate in Management with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in automobile marketing or Marketing Agency.
Excellent interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and ability to work in a team
Willingness to travel extensively
A valid two-wheeler driving license is a must
