Alpha Automotive Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Triveni Group is an authorized distributor of Sales, Service & Spare Parts, apparel and accessories for Royal Enfield Motorcycle in Nepal.

HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records of employees like, Employee Contract and onboarding Documents.
  • Responsible for attendance and leave management system via system and manually
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Responsible for employee Insurance and SSF registration.
  • Support recruitment, orientation, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Events Management as per requirement
  • Employee Grievances Handling

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Management/Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
  • Understanding of Nepalese HR culture and labor legislation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and HRIS systems
