Social Media Coordinator
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will manage the social media presence of the organisation/brands, implement communication and content strategies, plan campaigns and work closely with the creative team to generate new content ideas that share the company’s story and vision, promote our brand(s) and educate our customers across all our digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop social media strategies for the social media platforms of the organisation/brands
- Ensure social media channels have regular, high quality and creative content output.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce content that generates results.
- Schedule social media posts that engages with followers/audience at optimal times.
- Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.
- Monitor social media metrics and ROI, and analyse social media trends.
- Collaborate with photographers/videographers and multimedia designers to create engaging content and imagery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- Copy/content writing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Addicted to social media and digital technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-tasking projects and deliverables.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high quality output in a short span of time.
- Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- Team player who embraces collaboration.
