JOB OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing plans.
    Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and other relevant platforms. Create compelling content and messages to engage and attract customers. Monitor and measure campaign performance, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing efforts. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging. Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral, advertisements, and other brand materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and maximize online presence.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior. Analyze marketing metrics and data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, business operations, finance, and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and outcomes to stakeholders. Utilize analytics tools and metrics to track marketing initiatives, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with solid attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
