Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Woman Only)
Required No.:1 (Kathmandu based)
The main responsibility of the job is to provide necessary administrative support and smooth
running of all reception and administrative activities for UMN Thapathali Offices and its programmes.The post-holder will report directly to the HR & Administrative Manager and will
be a part of the Human Resources and Support Services Team.

Qualification and experience:

  • Up to Intermediate / Plus two level education;
  • At least one year of experience in handling reception and administrative jobs;
  • Experience in providing effective and efficient administrative support in a busy office
    environment;
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and able to build good working and
    public relationships;
  • Good Nepali typing skills;
  • Able to translate documents;
  • Excellent language and communication skills in both Nepali and English;
  • Well organised and self-motivated.
