Asst. Manager – Legal
Location: Kathmandu
General Requirements
- Providing legal advice & guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Drafting & reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to corporate transactions and business operations.
- Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, and contract drafting.
- Advising on corporate finance, securities & capital markets transactions.
- Advising on employment law matters, including employee contracts, discrimination issues & other disputes.
- Bachelor’s in Law, LLB/BA.LLB from a recognised university
- Registered with the Bar Council of Nepal
- Proficiency and fluency in English and Nepali Typing
- Prior 4 years of experience working as a corporate lawyer
