Position Summary

Major Roles And Responsibilities

(Job Details) Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

• Overall responsibility for vendor/resource planning and scheduling across all brand projects
• Collaborate with project managers, creative teams, and management to gather project requirements and provide accurate project briefs.
• Monitor tracked time and schedules of each project.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
•  Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may affect project timelines or quality.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels between different departments to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
• Evaluate and improve project management systems and processes to enhance overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
•  Conduct a daily review to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost project efficiency and monitor project budgets and address any potential overages.
• Liaise with finance/accounting/procurement for invoicing/payments.
