Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- Lead brewery tours, providing a fun and informative experience for visitors.
- Educate guests on the brewing process, history of our brand, and characteristics of our beers.
- Conduct beer tastings and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by all visitors during the tour.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that guests may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour area and equipment.
- Collaborate with other brewery staff to ensure seamless operations and guest experience.
- Promote and sell merchandise, including beer, glassware, and apparel, to guests.
- Contribute to the development of new tour offerings and experiences.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate new knowledge into tours and recommendations.
