Tech Support Representative

Functional Designation: Tech Support Representative

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving Internet connectivity and more.
  • Initiate required action to respond to customer service requests and communicate the changes to appropriate personnel/branches/ departments.
  • Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary.
  • Perform field visits to resolve technical issues at the customer end when necessary.

Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a Bachelor‘s Degree in Management or 10+2 (intermediate) with at least 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills. A team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of operating a computer is a must.
  • Six months of experience.
  • Candidate should have a two-wheeler license and own a bike.
