SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving Internet connectivity and more.
- Initiate required action to respond to customer service requests and communicate the changes to appropriate personnel/branches/ departments.
- Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary.
- Perform field visits to resolve technical issues at the customer end when necessary.
Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably a Bachelor‘s Degree in Management or 10+2 (intermediate) with at least 6 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills. A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Basic knowledge of operating a computer is a must.
- Six months of experience.
- Candidate should have a two-wheeler license and own a bike.
