Job Title: Chief Finance Officer/Head of Finance
Corporate Level: Managerial (Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager)

Required Education and Professional Experience:
Education: Chartered Account or Masters in Management
Experience: Minimum 5 Years worked in Insurance/BFI/ Public Limited Organization in the position of Officer or above. Past experience in finance/account department of Life Insurance company will be an added advantage.
Professional Skill: Financial Analysis/Risk Management/ Strategic Planning/Budgeting and Forecasting/Leadership and Management/Interpersonal Skill/Stakeholder Management/Time Management/Communication Skill.
Other Specification:
- Proven experience as a head of finance or a similar position.
- Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
- Strategic mind who can hit the ground running.
- Able to coordinate with internal and external parties smoothly.
- Strong Communication and Interdepartmental Coordination skill
- Deadline Driven and has ability to work under pressure
- Sound Knowledge of GAAP, NFRS, Prevailing Tax Law and Prudent Practices.
- Ability to make a robust process to track and control all the financial system of the company.
