Sunshine social development organization (SSDO), Kapilvastu is a non governmental, nonpolitical, nonprofit making social development organization, is seeking self motivated, energetic and highly qualified Executive director for the overall management of the organization. So the interested, qualified persons meeting the following criteria are request to apply within deadline.
Designation: Executive Director
Minimum qualification: Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline (master’s degree preferred)
Minimum Experiences: Minimum 5 years working experiences in organization and project management.
Duty Station: Buddhabhumi # 10, Chetradei, Kapilvastu
Salary and benefits: Negotiable
Required skills and knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English languages.
- Excellent linkage and coordination skill with line agencies, donors and executive boards.
- Good skills in team building.
- Having sound knowledge of organizational development and overall management of day to day administration.
- Good knowledge and skills of project designing, writing, and implementing.
- Good social marketing as well as public relation strengthening skills.
- Good knowledge and skills of proposal writing.
Major role and responsibilities:
- Strengthen and manage day to day administration of the organization.
- Enhance internal as well as external coordination and cooperation.
- Cooperate with the executive board for policy and program promotion, update and finalization.
- Support the board in organizational development (OD).
- Strengthen linkage, coordination and cooperation as well as rapport building with staffs, board, partnership and line agencies.
- Play coordinating and bridging role between the board and staffs.
- Maintain line of command and communication in staffs.
- Overall reporting to the board, partner organization.
