Head of Business Applications

Sprout Technology Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Head of Business Applications who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a company-wide BizApps management program to align with company goals and provide strategic vision and roadmap in the business systems landscape to support our future growth and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and delivery of business application related IT projects in accordance with schedule and budget.
  • Design, build, and maintain the business applications KPIs and scorecard, ensuring that the performance and functionality of BizApps meet our requirements and expectations.
  • High-level technology skills and knowledge in a broad range areas including but not limited to; networking, infrastructure and cloud-based technologies.
  • Advanced English is written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to write highly technical reports and documentation.
  • Being bale to explain complex issues to all levels of technical ability. Make the complex simple.

Required Experience and Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field, MScIT preferred.
  • Certified ITIL Practitioner
  • Minimum 10 years IT experience, with at least 5 years of experience of cloud applications.
  • Experience of working in SF.com, Netsuite, Knowledge Mgmt, Atlassian, HRIS, and Other Industry-standard SaaS apps.
  • Experience and working knowledge of other related skills including programming and database administration is a plus.
  • Should be proficient in Nepali and English language with excellent oral presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
