  • Demonstrated good judgment and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work proactively
  • Demonstrated ability to handle the high stress environment of business development with grace and a sense of humor
  • Should have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills


  • Speaking to and collaborating with a variety of people, such as clients, vendors, management and information technology (IT) staff during the creation and maintenance of a system
  • Creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization’s quality standards
  • Maintenance of sandbox and production servers
  • Coordinating with PSP/PSO for integration of Smart QR system
  • System operations related to Card Switch
  • System support on Fast Banking solutionManage the communication of the organization with clients via means like email, telephones and websites
  • Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner.


  • Bachelors running /completed in BSC, CSIT, BCA.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience working in business development or similar role
