Job Description
- Design user interfaces that are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and align with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
- Create brand guidelines, product design, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies.
- Integrate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Solid portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and projects.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills(both written and verbal) to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
