Guest Relations Executive

Siddhartha Hospitality is urgently looking for dynamic professional for Siddhartha Vilasa, 5 Star hotel located at Bhairahawa, Lumbini, Nepal.

Requirements

1. Welcome guests during check-in and giving a found farewell to guest while checkout.
2. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
3. Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures
4. Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment
5. Detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements
6. Providing excellent customer service as per hotel standards
7. Greeting guests as they enter and exit the hotel.
8. Providing information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities etc.

Requirements

1. Minimum experience of 2 years in similar role
2. Only females will be preferred
3. Excellent communication skills
