Job Station: Mirchaiya (Factory Based)
Minimum Qualification : BE or B-tech in mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Cement Industries.

Responsibilities and Required Skills :

• Responsible for the smooth operation of mechanical equipment such as the raw mill, coal mill, and pyro.
• Coordinate maintenance with the section head or assistant manager for scheduled, shut-down, and breakdown maintenance.
• Support the factory’s running by resolving breakdowns and improving performance, hygiene, and quality.
• Diagnose equipment issues and suggest repair methods to achieve the improvements to ensure the smooth flow of work and equipment.
• Advise on safety measures and report incidents and harmful effects to relevant persons.
• Allocate work to section during the shift and keep records with input from the manager or assistant manager.
