Position: Senior Partnerships and Quality Assurance Officer for IFRC/Danish Red Cross
Qualification: Master’s Degree in a relevant area (e.g., International Relations, Humanitarian Affairs, Business Administration, Marketing)
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the formulation of program proposals, with demonstrated examples of success in the solicitation of funding from a multitude of partners/donors
Responsibilities: The Senior Partnerships and Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for the identification of stakeholder mapping, project idea creation, development of concept notes and proposals as well as managing of internal processes for fundraising based on the broader ambitions, priorities, and needs of the IFRC/Danish Red Cross.
S/he will act as a support to the country Manager in external engagement with key donors and partners to strengthen relationships with them, including ensuring they are kept engaged and informed of the work being done by IFRC/Danish Red Cross in Nepal.
S/he will be responsible for providing support to members of the Danish Red Cross team on all aspects of Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (PMER) and Learning, and ensuring of accountability in terms of donor compliance and regulations.
