Job Description

  • Maintain sound business relations with sellers, negotiate prices, align stocks and submit deals on campaigns and flash sales before deadline
  • Align sellers on business plan and perform for weekly and monthly business target
  •  Identify top seller’s assortment plan, shipment plan and pricing structure pre-hand possible to plan and align business initiatives
  • Fulfill targets of product onboarding based on category gaps and category need, working closely with strategy and campaign managers to serve the category
  • Enable seller tools adoption, free shipping and vouchers adoption
  • Monitor and ensure sellers to maintain their core-performance metrics under control to accompany compliance benchmark, prepare upliftment plan and execute with timeline
  • Structure and plan workload based on various priority levels, report sharing and feedback
  • Facilitate seller and system issues to respective team owners, follow-up and communicate to respective stakeholders
  • Arrange webinars with seller engagement team and make sure sellers attain the session and educate them about the importance of seller tools adoption and how it help their business to grow and flourish
  • Develop skills in decision-making, find balance and grow in terms of business and performance with constructive formulation of action plans

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree / Masters from any reputed institution in Management or Business
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant fields
  • A knowledge of current market trends
  • Highly computer literate and skilled at MS office packages
  • Must have Good communication, time-management and people management skills
