Job Description
The Marketplace team at Daraz manages the complete journey, experience, performance, and engagement of marketplace sellers for Daraz. We are seeking a talented associate with strong analytical skills to support the seller compliance function in order to solve issues that impact seller and customer experience.

  • Understand Daraz Seller Compliance Polices throughly
  • Assist the Seller Compliance Manager to update the polices
  • Use tools to monitor the daily Instant Messaging Chats to capture the seller violations
  • Initiate the revoke for seller non compliance points
  • Maintain and keep record of seller violations and revoke points
  • Resolve X-space cases (claims, complains and queries) related to seller compliance and seller appeals

Requirements

  • 2 years of works experience preferred, open to freshers as well
  • Open to any education background as long as candidate is proficient in excel and looking to solve problems
  • Proper judgement of the situation and decision making abilities
  • Technical skills required for the job
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Analytical skills
  • A great team player
