As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our Brokers, Credit Analysts, and Inside Sales managers in acquiring new clients and ensuring a seamless sales process. You will be responsible for handling live chat queries of the Sydney office, generating leads, liaising with lenders, improving our sales, updating our CRM system, contacting clients promptly, and nurturing old clients to generate more business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Qualify clients using basic screening questions to ensure they are the right fit for our financial solutions.
  • Engage and Assist: Handle live chat queries, generate leads, and follow up with customers for application forms and documents.
  • Immediate Response: Contact clients within 1 minute of inquiry to provide prompt assistance.
  • Client Nurturing: Re-engage with past leads to generate more business and maintain client relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in new projects, handle inbound calls, and complete short application forms over the phone.
  • CRM Management: Update our CRM at every stage of the sales process to ensure clear communication across the team.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and improve our processes, liaise with lenders for policy updates, and follow our Sales Support Specialist Manual.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Graduate (in management with Sales and Marketing background preferred)
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year of experience in sales and foreign client handling would be a plus
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Online resource researching skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and work independently
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization of workload
  • Proficient in using Gmail and Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Ability to multitask and have a great attitude toward learning – as there will be a huge learning curve!
  • Must love talking, interacting, and networking with both internal and external stakeholders

Oh did we mention, we only work 5 days a week? Mon- Fri.

Work hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (non-negotiable) including a 1-hour lunch break
