About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.
Sales Manager
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
Job Location: Kathmandu
Experience: 2 Year to 8 Years in Product Sales either in Tobacco/ Liquor/ FMCG for General Trade Market. Must have handled following responsibilities in the past role
- Monitoring sales team and ensuring sales.
- Data analysis and reporting using MS- Excel
Responsibilities:
- To manage, train, coach a team of 15 experienced salesperson and manage sales of salesperson and distribution hubs
- To ensure stock holding as per company rules
Resources Required:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
