Manager – Sales (Tata Genuine Oil)

Basic Information:

Job Location: Kathmandu (1)
Salary (Basic, dearness, other allowance): Negotiable
Travelling, communication, and other benefits will be provided as per the company policy.
Preferred Gender: Male
Office timing: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan annual Key Activities
  • Conduct need analysis for Monthly KAP  and allocate planned activities accordingly
  • Plan and forecast  monthly sales trend and seasonal analysis
  • Prepare monthly budget for KAP on need basis
  • Deal with principal companies as and when required
  • Carry out market analysis and implement market development programs
  • Lead the team to achieve volume and market share target
  • Ensure target market coverage
  • Monitor daily sales and sales process
  • Maintain financial discipline
  • Liaise with financial institutions to facilitate the opening of LC for customers
  • Conduct regular industry and competitor analysis
  • Monitor stock, maintain the appropriate stock level and ensure availability
  • Provide feedback for inventory planning and management
  • Manage, train, and motivate direct reporting staff according to company policies and procedures


Job Specifications:

  • Masters Degree with 4 years of experience/ Graduates with at least 7 years of experience. Experience in automobile, part sales, FMCG preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Leadership and decision making Skills
  • Relationship building and people management skills
  • Knowledge of MS – Office and PowerPoint presentations, etc.
