Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SRDBL) is seeking applications from all qualified applicants for the job position as detailed below;
Research & Development In charge – Junior Officer to Senior Officer (Central Office, Butwal)
- Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any stream of Management, Communications, Law, Information Technology or related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in total with 2 years of experience in the areas of product development, strategy execution, in-depth research on market trends, and industry developments, preferably in BFI sectors.
- Strong communications, documentations, report writing and research skills.
Other Information
- Transcript and Equivalent Document of the education qualification are must in case of degree acquired from foreign university.
- The selection process shall involve Group Discussion, Preliminary Interview and Final Interview based on the positions applied.
- Shortlisting will be done based on your answers provided while applying for this position in the Electronic Recruitment Application (ERA).
