Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Business Administration/Business Studies/Management/Economics from a recognized Institution.
- Work experience of minimum 2 years in the Investment Banking Sector. Experience in Corporate Advisory and Private Equity/Venture Capital shall be an added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets, Financial Research and Analysis, Treasury Fund Management, Risk-Return Analysis, Financial Modelling and Valuation, Taxation, Accountancy, Management Accounting, and other Investment Banking activities.
