Skills and Knowledge:
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Previous work experience of 3 years in a similar position
- Proficient in Accounting and Office software
- Ability to reconcile complex debtors’ accounts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deal with problematic clients
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead recovery activities
- Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to organization’s financial performance.
- Developing policies, procedures and guidelines governing collection activity.
- Implementing new strategies and tactics to improve collections and recovery performance.
- Liaising with internal team and customers to ensure smooth flow of communication for the recovery.
- Liaising with legal team for legal actions against critical cases.
