Position – UI/UX Designer
Job Location – Kathmandu

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure that designs are technically feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Conduct user research to identify user needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Design, build and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
- Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Ensure that designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent across all platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Job Specification:
- At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Knowledge of user research methods and ability to apply them to design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
