Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer in Manual and Automation Testing.

Job Description

• Ensure quality of product and product documentation.
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Identify, record, track bugs and issues with proper reports.
• Design and execution of QA process in collaboration with the Delivery team, Project Managers and Engineering Team.
• Research on new technology and techniques for continuous improvement of the product quality.

Skill & Experience

• Knowledge of Load and stress testing
• Knowledge of REST APIs along with experience of using tools like Postman, JMeter.
• Knowledge of Security Metrics ,Security Testing, Performance Testing and PCI compliance.
• Work in Scrum/ Kanban team and proficient with using JIRA or other Project Management Tools for Project Planning and defect management.
• Basic knowledge in SQL
• Knowledge of automation testing with open source tools and frameworks like selenium , robot framework, karate
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and integration of testing within these pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is plus
• Certificate in QA will be plus point like CSD, ISTQB etc.
