About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Purpose of the Position:
Purchase and supplier sourcing is a strategic role responsible for finding and qualifying the best suppliers for various goods

Designation: Purchase and Supplier Sourcing

No of Positions: 1
Qualification: BBA or MBA or Equivalent with relevant Specialization
Master’s degree from abroad would be an added advantage
Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk

• Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential suppliers, manufacturing companies, import house as per the company strategy in terms of quality, rate, quantity and payment terms

Experience: 2-5 Years Exp in Purchase department of Modern Trade, Department Store, B2C Stores would be added advantage

Requirements:

• Strong Academics
• Strong Learning Ability

Skills Required:

• Ability to Implement
• Ability to Improvise

Selection Process
The selection process will be held in two stages

• Interview will be conducted in first stage.
• Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project will be conducted in second stage

Salary:
Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 20,000 to Rs 35,000 per month

Resources Required:

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
