The ideal candidate is expected to possess all the qualification and attributes necessary for leadership at the CEO level. However, this position requires special emphasis on debt collections, maintaining a proper balance with stakeholders and implementing an effective internal control system.
Academic Qualification:
Master’s degree with 5 years work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 10 years work experience.
Age: Below 60 Years. Retired bankers are encouraged to apply.
