Job Summary:
The Production Planning Unit Leader oversees and manages the production planning process within the unit. They will be responsible for developing monthly production plans, managing CKD inventory, overseeing CBU inventory and logistics management, conducting equipment inspections, ensuring safety protocols are followed, performing 3S patrols, managing workforce, and manpower, and coordinating the introduction of new models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical with 2+ years’ or diploma with 4+ years’ experience in production planning, preferably in an automotive environment.
Other Specification:
- Strong knowledge of production planning principles, inventory management, and logistics
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection processes
- Knowledge of 3S methodology and experience implementing 3S initiatives
