Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- To allot the work to the manpower as per the Production plan or requirement of the Production department.
- To monitor the work of the manpower and station and report to the Production Executive.
- To maintain the report of the manpower in the Production Department.
- To handle the manpower during the Breakdown.
- To plan and organize the relieving manpower during manpower shortage.
- To ensure PPE and Safety in the production floor.
- To keep the record of the in-process inventories in production floor.
- To maintain the 5S of the production floor.
- To look after the work of the Housekeeping manpower.
- To plan the manpower for cleaning and removing the wastage from production floor.
- To maintain the report of scrap or wastage transfer to scrap yard. And Report it to Production Executive.
- To promote work ethic in the production floor.
