Job Description

  • Collection of Quotations, Comparative Analysis, selection and on-boarding of vendors.
  • Implementation and execution of Procurement Portal adherence to Procurement policy of the company
  • Market Intelligence of products & services, vendor research with reference to order requisition.
  • Collection of sample goods and products as per the requirement of the company.
  • Coordinate with departments for timely order planning, requisition and order placement.
  • Monthly comparative analysis of Budget vs. Actual expenses
  • Monitoring Supplier’s performance analysis and rate negotiation.
  • Compose and maintain contractor and vendor listings, including sources of supply for goods and services, handle contract disputes and resolutions
  • Proper tracking and renewal of the vendor’s contract.
  • Timely invoice forwarding and payment of the vendors along with memo in coordination with Admin and Finance Department.
  • Facilitate Admin Team for Inventory Management, Stock Keeping and Assets Tagging and office relocation
  • Proper record keeping in the tracker and documentation
  • Monthly progress reporting to the HOD.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the HOD/supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Management for relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in relevant field
  • Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in Administrative and Procurement
  • Problem solving skills and analytical skills
  • Must be a team player with decision-making ability
  • Strong communication and technical skills
  • 2 Wheeler driving license is mandatory
