Pokhara Finance Ltd., a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Pokhara, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below mentioned posts:
1. BM (Sr. Assistant/Supervisor) – 1 (Nayapul Branch)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of Management.
Job specifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Post: For Sr. Assistant: Have performed the job role of Assistant and above.
- For Supervisor: Have performed the job role of Sr. Assistant and above.
- Good knowledge in Credit/Compliance/Operation.
- Excellent communication skill both in Nepali and English.
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filling application.
2. Jr. Assistant – Few (Rambachha and Nayapul Branch)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of Management.
Job specifications:
- Should be self-starter.
- Good communication skills and ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adapt in new environment.
- Ability to work in minimum supervision.
- Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filling application.
