Pokhara Finance Ltd., a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Pokhara, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below mentioned posts:-
1. Branch Manager (Jr. Officer/Officer) – 2
(Narayanghat & Butwal Branch)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any stream of Management.
Other Required Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Post:
- For Jr. Officer: Have performed job role of Supervisor or above
- For Officer: Have Performed job role of Jr. Officer or above
- Good knowledge in Credit/Compliance/Operation.
- Excellent communication skill both in Nepali and English.
- Good negotiation, presentation and marketing skill.
- Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 yeas and not exceeding 40 years of the time of Bing application. However, on additional age bar of 5 years can be considered for female candidates.
2. Head, Digital Banking/Help Desk Unit- Jr. Officer -1
(New Road, Pokhara)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Any stream of Management or IT/Computer Science.
Other Required Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum 6 yeas of working experience in any NRB licensed BFIs
- Have performed the job role of Supervisor
- Prior experience in e-Banking/Digital Banking is required
- Excellent communication skill both in Nepali and English.
- Able to lend the team effectively.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 yeas and not exceeding 40 years of the time of filing application. However, an additional age bar of 5 yeas can be considered for female candidates.
3. Credit & Marketing – RM (Assistant/Sr. Assistant) – Few
(Pokhara, Rambachha, Narayanghat, Palungtar, Kohalpur & Nepalgunj Branch)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any stream of Management.
Other Required Competencies:
- Experience: For Assistant: Minimum 2 Years & For Sr. Assistant: Minimum 3 Years of Banking Experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Good knowledge in Credit/Compliance/Operation.
- Excellent communication skill both in Nepal and English
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 yeas and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application. However, an additional age bar of 5 yeas can be considered for female candidates.
4. Jr. Assistant – Few (Palungtar and Kohalpur Branch)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, finance, Economics or stream of Management.
Other Requited Competencies:
- Should be self-starter.
- Good communication skills and ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adapt in new environment.
- Ability to work in minimum supervision.
- Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
