1. Executive Chef
Required No.: 1
(At least 10 years’ experience in Management level. Experience in Banquets preferred).
2. Food & Beverage Manager
Required No.: 1
(BHM or equivalent, good knowledge in Banquet services, must have at least 5 years experience in the same level).
3. Food & Beverage Captain
Required No.: 2
(BHM or equivalent, must have excellent communication skills. 3 years’ experience in the same level preferred).
4. Sales & Marketing Officer
Required No.: 1
(Good command over English Language, must have excellent communication skills.
At least 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry).
5. Technician
Required No.: 1
(Must have good knowledge in electrical, plumbing & sound system etc).
6. Store Keeper
Required No.: 1
(Diploma level passed. At least 3 years’ experience in the related field).
