Job Description

  • Design and update the employee database and maintain data accuracy in HR systems for the operations department
  • Assist P&O Business Partner- Operation in preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
  • Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to P & O Business Partner- Ops
  • Provide all necessary inputs for processing monthly Payroll of the company (Full time & Outsourced) by calculating actual leave balances, leave deduction, incentives, etc and manage the Fuel details for all Delivery and First Mile hero’s
  • Coordinate with outsourcing agencies for payroll data submission, validation of outsourced employees and for other daily operations
  • Administer employees’ benefits including medical and accidental insurances for outsource employees
  • Prepare HR monthly reports like Leave quota report, and others as required for operations vv
  • Administer Workforce Management software- Daily attendance and shift tracking system
  • Handle all People and organisation system related issues
  • Administer Regular People and Organisation operations activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Management ( Preferably Human Resource) or related field
  • Minimum 2 year’ experience in Human Resource Management
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced work environment by managing priorities with short deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively in a team environment
