Job Specification

• Minimum experience 1 year
• Minimum education bachelor’s degree completed in management field is preferred
• Proficient skill in MS Packages and google account (Gmail, google drive, google forms, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
• Have excellent managerial and organizational skills
• Have analytical skills, result oriented and out of the box thinking
• Take self-initiative and come up with various team development plans and ideas
• Have critical thinking, conflict management and effective convincing skills
• Be flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy
• Have an assessment of human behavior, attitude, skills and decision-making capabilities
• Have excellent command over English and Nepali language
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
• Be able to work under pressure

Job Description
• Keeping proper record of expenses, bills and petty cash expenses
• Ordering office supplies as and when required
• Handling assets and keeping records of every used items
• Organizing recreational activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping of staffs and addressing need of employees
• Handling Interview calls and follow ups and other phone calls – update timely
• Recording and monitoring leaves of staffs
• Check attendance report every end of week for every employee
• Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure employees complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly
• Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance
• Protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager
• Assist HR in organizing various corporate programs
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines
• Managing and monitoring of staffs under your supervision
• Travel few kms per day as and when required
