JOB OPPORTUNITY
Okhaldhunga Community Hospital (OCH) is a project of United Mission to Nepal Medical and Development Trust (UMN MDT), working in communities for the health, education, and self-reliance of those living in poverty in Nepal, carrying out other social service work for the public good. It is a 50-bed general hospital east of Kathmandu providing quality and affordable healthcare to the people of Okhaldhunga and surrounding districts.
Currently, there is one full-time dentist working at OCH. The hospital is seeking a part- time dentist to increase the dental services that we can provide. There is a full-time dental assistant. The successful candidate would:
- Model a patient-centred care approach towards inpatient and outpatient management and,
- Promote and model a culture amongst clinical staff of learning and continuous quality improvement.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS (or equivalent) from a recognised university with NMC registration.
- Completion of one year internship.
