Job Specification

Education Level : Intermediate

Experience Required : Less than or equals to 1 year

Other Specification

• Computer Proficiency and working with office package is mandatory
• Must know English typing with good speed whereas Nepali typing would be an advantage
• Interpersonal and communication skills, capacity to work in the pressure and ability to work in a team, positive attitude, attractive personality


• Experience Preferably 6 months
• Job Type: Full Time (morning shift: 06:00 AM – 1 PM)
• Job Level: Level Three (Office Assistant)

Job Description

• Keeping daily attendance record of students
• Making phone calls to students and guardians
• Providing teachers with required materials before classes
• Making documents as advised by the coordinator
• Internal Exam related works
• Disseminate the information to the concern
